These are the requirements to enter IPB University Talent Pathway, Note the Important Date!

IPB University re-opens the registration of new students through the Talent Pathway for the 2025/2026 academic year. This pathway is intended for SMA/MA/SMK graduates who excel in extracurricular activities.

This program provides an opportunity to develop academic and non-academic potential. Accepted participants are required to attend training and development according to their field of achievement.

The Talent Pathway consists of several selection categories. The categories are Olympic Champion/Academic Achievement, Hafizh Quran, Scout (West Java Kwarda), Sports, Arts, Language Debate, and Talent Scouting (special for IPB Golden Ticket recipients). Language Debate includes English, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French, and Spanish.

Applicants must be graduates of SMA/MA/SMK in 2025. Achievements must be at the national or international level and proven by a certificate. The Scout pathway is only valid for students from West Java. Applicants for the Scout pathway must include a letter of recommendation from the West Java Kwarda.

Registration Requirement Documents

1. A recent photo of red/white background

2. Supporting certificates in accordance with the selected PIN pathway

3. Letter of recommendation from the Principal as a PIN pathway participant (template is on the registration page)

4. Extracurricular achievement certificates, maximum 3 (if any)

5. Family Card (KK)

6. Parents’ income slip (Upload Total Income Letter / Salary Slip for workers in the formal sector or Income Certificate from RT / RW or Lurah / Chief of the local village for workers in the informal sector / not working)

7. Proof of payment of electricity bills for the last 3 months

8. Commitment to pay tuition fees (template is on the registration page)

  • Choosing an Entrance Pathway: 05 May-05 June 2025 at 14.00 WIab

  • Payment of Registration Fee: 05 May-05 June 2025 at 18.00 WIB

  • Biodata Filling: 05 May-05 June 2025 at 23.59 WIB

• Announcement: June 20, 2025

• Online Registration: June 20-26, 2025 at 23:59 WIB

• Download Tuition Fee Bill: June 20, 2025

• Tuition Fee Payment Period: June 20-26, 2025 at 21.00 WIB
