This activity aims to introduce how to increase the shelf life of chicken eggs by processing them into shredded eggs, and provide business ideas with nutritious products.
“The socialization of shredded chicken egg food processing was delivered by showing how to make shredded chicken eggs. The processing steps are presented through flyers in the form of visualization images,” said Shasy Kirani, a member of KKNT Innovation IPB University Bangsri Village.
Shasy continued, processing shredded chicken eggs is done to introduce other ways of processing eggs. In addition, PKK members can also utilize processed shredded chicken eggs as a business opportunity because there are still few people who know about processed shredded chicken eggs.
