Trisakti University Explores Cooperation with SKHB IPB University

School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Science (SKHB) IPB University received a visit from Trisakti University (6/7) to explore the cooperation between the two parties. The visit was welcomed directly by the Dean of SKHB IPB University, Dr drh Amrozi. The delegation from Trisakti University was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr Yenny; Head of Elective Module Management, Dr Gita Handayani Tarigan, MPH, MM and other delegates.

"This working visit aims to explore the potential for cooperation regarding the use of experimental animals for education and research between Trisakti University and SKHB IPB University. The purpose of this collaboration, among others, is to develop students' interest in going to the field according to their interests, including animal rotary handling," said Dr Yeny.

Vice Dean of SKHB IPB University for Collaboration and Development Resources, Dr drh Andriyanto welcomed the potential of this collaboration. He also explained the experimental animal facilities at SKHB IPB University.

The meeting continued with a discussion on the potential for cooperation between the two parties. The Trisakti University delegation also visited facilities in SKHB IPB University such as the Education Animal Hospital, Laboratory Animal Management Unit (UPHL), Rehabilitation and Reproduction Unit, Equestrian Park and Horse Embryo Transfer Facility and Poultry Research Farm. As a continuation of this working visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be prepared between the two parties. (AP/Rz) (IAAS/MKY)
