Three “Outstanding Academic Staffs” Ministry’s Awards Home for IPB University
IPB University’s triumphed total 3 “Outstanding Academic Staff” national-level awards by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia on October 28th, 2019 in Jakarta. Dr. Anuraga Jayanegara was named the Lecturer’s 1st Winner in “Science and Technology” category, whilst Dr. Megawati Simanjuntak accomplished the Lecturer’s 1st Runner-Up in “Social Humanities” category. As for Mr. Kusnadi, he was placed the Staff’s 1st Runner-Up in “Financial Management” category.
As many as 2 (two) lecturers/teaching staffs and 1 (one) administration staff from IPB University are recently granted national-level “Outstanding Academic Staff” Award by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia on October 28th, 2019 in Jakarta. Director General of Science and Technology Resources of Higher Education—Prof. Dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti stated there were seven categories announced this year. The seven categories are the “Outstanding Lecturers” in category of “Science and Technology” and “Social humanities”, “Outstanding Staff” in category of “Librarian”, “Academic Administration”, “Financial Management”, “Archivists”, and “Laboratory Assistant”.
After long and careful process of assessments, Dr. Anuraga Jayanegara was named the 1st Winner in national level for lecturer with achievement in the “Science and Technology” category. On the other hand, Dr. Megawati Simanjuntak was determined as the 1st Runner-Up in national level for lecturer with achievement in the “Social Humanities” category. As for Mr. Kusnadi, he was placed as the 1st Runner-Up for academic administration staff with achievement in the “Financial Management” category. Dr. Anuraga Jayanegara lectures in Department of Nutrition and Feed Technology, Faculty of Animal Sciences, IPB University.
Many awards were received by him previously, included “1st Rank of Outstanding Lecturer in Technology Science” at IPB University Level 2019, “Outstanding Reviewer Contribution” from Animal Feed Science and Technology Journal (Scopus Q1, Elsevier 2018 H-Index 2018), “Young Lecturer and The Most Cited Young Author” 2018 during “IPB University’s Tribute to Innovation and Authors 2018”, “3rd Rank Outstanding Lecturer in Technology Science” at IPB University in 2018, “Best Presenter Award” at the 2018 Annual Applied Science and Engineering Conference, as well as being nominated for “109 Prospective Indonesian Innovations” 2019 by Business Innovation Center.
The long-list of achievements were also obtained by Dr. Megawati Simanjuntak, who lectures in Department of Family and Consumer Science, Faculty of Human Ecology. Hers were as followed, “Lecturer Achievement in Social Sciences in the Humanities” at IPB University level in 2019 and 2018, “Distinguished Paper Award” at the “International Conference on Industry, Business and Social Science 2018” in Tokyo, Japan, “Competency Assistance Entrepreneurship Award 2018” by the Professional Certification Agency, and as well nomination in “105 Prospective Indonesian Innovations” 2015 by Business Innovation Center.
The awarded winners expressed their sincerest gratitude to all parties that have been working together throughout and wished for much greater betterment for each other.
