IPB University Participates in Commemoration of the 47th Agricultural Krida Day
Directorate of Innovation and Intellectual Property (DIK) of IPB University joined an exhibition organized by the Office of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation of Bogor Regency in collaboration with the Mainstay Fishermen Farmers Group (KTNA). The commemoration of the 47th Agricultural Krida Day in Bogor Regency with the theme "We Actualize Millennial Farmers for the Most Advanced, Comfortable and Friendly Bogor Regency" was held on 4-5 July 2019 in the field of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Office, Bogor Regency.
The event was opened by the Regent of Bogor, Ade Yasin and was attended by the Vice Rector for Innovation, Business and Entrepreneurship of IPB University, Prof. Erika Budiarti Laconi and officials of government offices, R&D and KTNA. A total of 26 agencies participated in this exhibition.
On this occasion, various innovations of IPB University lecturers and researchers were displayed. The innovations displayed were divided into four categories, namely agriculture, food, biomedicine and modern materials, both those that have been commercialized and those with economic potential.
The IPB University stand was visited by more than one hundred people per day who came from various agencies and levels of society such as students, farmers and general public.
IPB University continues to strive to increase awareness of innovation knowledge through the promotion of innovative products that have economic potential or that are ready to be applied in industrial or community fields.
