Introducing Exotic Ornamental Fish and Aquascape, Himakua FPIK IPB WEFA 2019

Aquaculture Student Association (Himakua) Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Resources (FPIK), IPB University in collaboration with the course of Ornamental Fish and Akuascape held a World of Exotic Fish and Aquascape (WEFA) 2019 (14/04). Events held at the Auditorium Sumardi Sastrakusumah Dramaga Campus, Bogor is divided into several sessions a series of events. Seminar, a live setting Aquascape and akuascape manufacturing practices by the participants of the event in 2019 WEFA.
Undertaking practicum course of Ornamental Fish and Akuascaping, Fajar Maulana, S.Pi., M.Si in his speech that WEFA held to introduce exotic fish communities in Indonesia. “Community of exotic fish, grown in Indonesia is guppies and betta fish. Guppy fish and betta fish, although small in size, but enthusiasts and demand a lot, “said Dawn.

Meanwhile, the seminar was divided into three sessions with two topics. First session and the second discusses the betta and guppy fish along with a variety of things that must be considered when the contest ornamental fish. The first discussion was hosted by Yogi Fatulla and Ahmad Muhammad Akbar Harsanto, members of the Forum Hickey Bogor (FCB), with the topic “Beauty of Betta Fish”. The second discussion was hosted by Alvin Guppy Popularize as Chairman of the Indonesian Association (IGPA) Jabodetabek, with the topic “The charm of fish dressed”.
Seminar sessions to discuss all matters related to akuascape hosted by Donny as Brehman Gentini, One Owner One Research and Development, with the headline “Aquascape Millenials”. Aquascape is the art of arranging and designing water plants along with other accessories to beautify the aquarium. “Aquascape is becoming a hobby that was more involved in the community, both inside and outside the country,” said Donny.
After the end of the seminar, a live setting Aquascape by Dama Refiyuda, Owner Dry LED Costum, hereinafter WEFA participants were also invited to perform directly in the aquascape manufacturing practices. “Akuascape results of the participants will be exhibited at the Diner Blue FPIK IPB for one week.
