Eggsotist, Practical Toothpaste, The Work of Students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry IPB
Starting from the awareness of brushing teeth and the need for practicality, two students of the 53rd batch of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry (FTET) Animal Husbandry Product (THT) Study Program, namely Ahmad Fauji and Fiona Salfadila, turned them over by creating practical toothpaste directly into the mouth and directly can be brushed using a toothbrush. Without having to apply it to the toothbrush first. Toothpaste made from shellfish or eggshell with milk mixture is called Eggsotist.
Brushing your teeth using Eggsotist can make time and effort more efficient because when you brush your teeth you won't need teeth and toothpaste, and you don't need to put toothpaste on your toothbrush. Eggsotist can be one solution to the problem that is often encountered, which is often the toothpaste that falls when we apply the tooth to the toothbrush.
"Besides being practical and efficient, Eggsotist is also healthy because of various ingredients such as milk and eggshells that contain high calcium. Eggsotist does not contain detergent, "said Fauji.
Eggsotist has brought Fauji and Fiona to succeed in making achievements on the national scene. Fauji and Fiona won 2nd place in the 2018 Scientific Writing Competition (LKTI) Fast Week 2018 organized by the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Student Study Institute, Andalas University, (17-20 / 10). This activity takes the theme "Optimization of the Role of Students in Building Industrial Competitive Livestock". "Don't really believe in winning, because it's the first time you enter the writing competition, and plus we get the first serial number for the presentation. In addition, our competitors come from other well-known universities. But we still try to show the best, "said Fauji.
For the continuity of Eggsotist, Fauji said that at this time Eggsotist was being refined in its formula. "We are still looking for some antibacterial ingredients and ingredients that can produce foam from the farm. So that later Eggsotist can be produced, "he said. (NR)
