The Archive Unit of the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) compiled the Grand Design Book for Archival Development of IPB

The Archive Unit of the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) compiled the Grand Design Book for Archival Development of IPB which will become a guideline in implementing archival development programs at IPB in the next few years. The preparation of this book was held at the Grand Mulya Hotel Bogor, (30-31 / 8).

Secretary of the Institute, Dr.Ir. Aceng Hidayat said that the Archive Unit needs to be a driver in making orderly records in IPB a sustainable movement. The progress of the Archive Unit will advance the archivist of IPB.

Archive Management Lecturer from the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta Mukmin Suprayogi, M.Sc, was present as a guest speaker at this event. The activity was attended by structural officials in the Archive Unit environment and participants consisted of archivist functional staff and educational staff archive managers in the Archives Unit of IPB.

The series of activities began with an overview of the activities of compiling the Grand Design book for IPB archival development which is an archival service program of IPB. This was conveyed by the Head of Sub Division of Acquisition and Processing of Archives of IPB Ir. Hirra Nurlaeni, MM. Introduction to the Grand Design Book of IPB Filing Development was delivered by the Head of Archive Unit of IPB, Drs. B. Mustafa, M. Lib. (AVR)
