IPB Held The Selection of Outstanding Lecturers and Staff
Directorate of Human Resources Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) held The Selection of Outstanding Lecturers and Staff IPB level. This event was placed at IPB International Convention Center, Monday (23/7).
Director of Human Resources IPB, Dr.Ir. Titik SUmarti, M.C, M.S stated, “Board of Judges for Selection of Outstanding Lecturers and Staff IPB Level, for lecturers mostly has Professor title and judges for staff consists of experts in each category,” she said. There 39 participants from staff and seven participants from lecturers. Selection of Outstanding Staff 2018 is for category of General Administration, Academic Administration, Financial Management, Laboratory Regulation, archivist, Librarian, and Security Personnel.
In his welcoming speech, Board of Judges of Selection of Outstanding Lecturers and Staff, Prof.Dr.Ir. Ronny Rachman Noor, M.Rur.Sc conveyed this selection is important for IPB, it does not only select, but later the selected participants will continue the competition to national level. “IPB has very good reputation in national level, so for anyone who will be selected we expect you to maintain IPB reputation to always be the best. This year there is something different. There is new competed category that is social culture and humanities field. This year there is also new scheme which is connected to academic leader that has not been set before. Selection of outstanding lecturers and staff is not created to test but to confirm their ideas. Not only high achieved, but also able to do more in national level. We hope our representatives in national level will be able to achieve more.”
Rector of IPB, Dr. Arif Satria when opened the event conveyed welcoming greeting to all lecturers and staff to become representatives from IPB who will compete in national level. “Good luck until national level. I am assured with the competency of all the judges, it will bee selected the best people who are going to bring IPB name to national field. Outstanding lecturer is about monumental works, based on creativity will be compared with other people works,” Rector stated.
Also present in The Selection of Outstanding Lecturers and Staff are Vice Rector for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir.
