At UPM, the students of IPB would study some similar subjects and undertake the student service (down to the village program) for once a week. In the event, Hanin and her friends would learn about the culture of indigenous Malaysian, follow the environmental cleanup program with other students of UPM, and make the programs with the community there.
Hanin explained that the Department of IKK of IPB was the only department that was in Indonesia and cultivated the sciences of family, children, and consumers. The purpose of this activity was to improve the quality and the competitiveness with various other sciences in Indonesia and abroad, in addition to build the good cooperation between the two universities.
“I am grateful and do not expect to pass the selection, I am sure this is a precious opportunity that Allah loves me, so I can grow and be better. I and my friends also hope to bring the good name of IKK during there,” said Hanin. (UAM/Zul)
