Student of IPB Achieved The Most Favorite in the Event of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2017
The Event of Nutrifood Leadership Award (NLA) was an initiative from Nutrifood aiming to reward the potential Indonesian students with the field of the leadership potential. In the year of 2017, the Nutrifood Leadership Award raised the theme of “Inspiring Future Leader”. This grand event was held on the peak on 7-8 November 2017 in Jakarta.
This grant event only screened 17 best and inspirational candidate leaders who were entitled to the top of the series of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2017 in Jakarta.
On this occasion, the student of the Department of Shariah Economic Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Irsyad Al Ghifarii, was awarded The Most Favorite.
This award was not immediately what he got. According to him, he should compete with the students throughout Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek region. The selection held in Jabodetabek region was only taken by five students who were eligible to attend the award ceremony of the future leaders who were inspirative.
“There are three stages of NLA selection, the first stage of online file selection, the second stage of psychotest, and the third stage of self-efficacy test. Actually, I have trouble in the psychotest stage because in the stage the test is like an entry test to a company, but Alhamdulillah because of the help of Allah I can enter the top five in Jakarta area and I am entitled to attend the peak event of NLA,” said Irsyad.
He said, the award of The Most Favorite was given to the participants who actively interacted with other participants, actively participated in the activity, liveliness in the social media, and other interpersonal interactions.
“Alhamdulillah I am very grateful to be joined as the participant of NLA this year and even I never thought that I would get The Most Favorite,” he added.
“Through this event I can learn many things. Especially when awarded. For me the award is not a goal, but the award is a bonus only and we should not boast about the award. Because the award could be a test for us,” he concluded. (RA/NM)
