Revisit of Singapore Students to IPB

A total of 25 students from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) visited the Department of Communication Science and Community Development (SKPM), Faculty of Human Ecology (Fema) of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), (15/1). This activity was a revisit that had been done by IPB students in 'Build the International Relations' activity which became the annual event of Student Association of Communication Science and Community Development Enthusiasts (HIMASIERA) in October 2017.

The series of activities in this visit included sharing activity of any information learned from the two universities; existing exchange programs in SUSS; as well as information about the Summer Course program that will be conducted by SKPM students of IPB. SUSS students who followed the activity came from various majors such as Human Resource, Marketing, Business, and Accounting. In addition to sharing, this gathering event was also filled with a campus tour at IPB.

Pretty Rufaidah, an SKPM student who was the project officer of the event, said that besides introducing SKPM Department and HIMASIERA internationally, this activity also invited other IPB students to gain further insight on education abroad and to enrich the skills in English. (TK)
