IPB was the Top 3 Rank of Best Campus of Indonesia in UniRank (4ICU) Version

Official page popularity of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) again increased. This was evident from the rise of the position of IPB in the ranking of uniRank™  which was used to be 4 International Colleges and Universities (4ICU). The information released by UniRank was that the rank of IPB rose to Top 3 in the period of July in 2017.

UniRank was an international educational directory that assessed the popularity of the world’s university web, seen from the official website of the university. UniRank was centered in the United States of America and provided the assessment on the university web sites around the world that included 13 thousand universities and colleges in 200 countries around the world.

UniRank used the algorithms from five independent and unbiased web metric sources, and obtained four different sources of web intelligence, i.e.: Moz Domain Authority; Alexa Global Rank; SimilarWeb Global Rank; Majestic Referring Domains; Majestic Trust Flow.

Here were the top 5 rankings in Indonesia related the UniRank version of the university website of July 2017: Gadjah Mada University, University of Indonesia, Bogor Agricultural University, Diponegoro University, and Universitas Sebelas Maret. 

Responding to this achievement, Vice Rector for Facilities and Business of IPB, Dr. Arif Imam Suroso, hoped that IPB could continuously improve the quality of the web of the institution of IPB, so that it was liked by the visitors, the more information that was read, utilized and used as the reference of the community. Therefore, the presence of the web of IPB could represent IPB in the cyberspace. Various activities of Tri Dharma University and other important activities undertaken by IPB could be widely known, accessed, utilized directly by the community. “Let’s visit the web of IPB, read the information, dig and refer various scientific works in its repository,” he said.
