Himaga IPB Organized “Domba Cup 2016”

Himpunan Mahasiswa Garut (Himaga Garut Student Association) of Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) organized the "Domba Cup 2016", on 4-11 December 2016,  at Bogor Agricultural University Gymnasium. It is annual event which has been carried regularly  since 2010. Domba Cup is a mini soccer championship with a superior male lamb as prize for the first winner. For the present Domba Cup 2016, 27 teams of Regional Student Organization (Omda) of IPB participated in the  championship.

Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Riswan of the Department of Marine Sciences and Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK IPB) stated that the objectives of the event is to tighten the relationship between Omdas of  IPB. "In addition, of course, it is to encourage friends of Omda to do regular exercise to keep their body remains healthy," he said.

The Domba Cup 2016 was officially opened by the Board of Trustees of Himaga of IPB, who is also Professor Chair Holder of IPB, Prof. Dr. Asep Saefuddin. "Domba Cup 2016”, belongs all Omdas of IPB. Let us to be creative for achievements in every walk of our life, "said Prof. Asep (Wied)
