UKM of Pramuka of IPB Held the Hiking Competition of Student Organizations

 Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Pramuka, Racana Surya Tirta Kencana-Inggita Puspa Kirana, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), organized Hiking Competition of Student Organizations (LLALK) VI, Sunday (17/4). The activity was officially opened by Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs of IPB, Prof. Dr. Yonny Koesmaryono, in Andi Hakim Nasoetion Building, Campus of IPB Darmaga Bogor.

 

In 2016, LLALK raised a theme of “Kreatif Bersama Alam / Creative along with Nature” with the motto of the activity of “Biarkan Alam Menginspirasimu / Let Nature Inspires You”. Ketua Sangga Kerja (Chief Executive), Dewanto Surya Setyoadji, reported that in this year as many as 39 students of IPB from the represententative of LK/LS/OMDA in IPB followed this competition. The activity of LLALK took the start line in the Rectorate Field and ended in Kaki Bukit Kapur in Ciampea Village, Dramaga Sub-district, Bogor District.

 

Meanwhile, Prof. Yonny said, at the moment many young people got caught up in the activities that were not useful, even fell into behavior that was not commendable, such as drug abuse. Then the activitiy like this, he explained, was expected to be able to inspire others, to nuance others. “Learn from nature, learn from the environment around us,” he said.

 

The Founder of UKM of Pramuka of IPB, Dr.drh. Fadjar Satrija, expected this activity could be a forum to strengthen the brotherhood and the friendship among the student organizations of IPB and it was expected to be extended to other academic communities, such as lecturers and employees. He added, this activity was also a good opportunity for the academic community of IPB to interact with the nature and the surrounding communities.

 

The event was ended with the closing ceremony held in the Rectorate Field of Campus of IPB Darmaga. Presented as the founder ceremony was the Founder of UKM of Pramuka of IPB, Dr. Hangesti Emy Widyasari. On this occasion, it was announced that La Nina Team (the delegation of Himagreto) as the First Winner once entitled to bring the Rotating Trophy of the Rector of  IPB. While, Himasiltan I Team (the delegation of Himasiltan) and OWA Team (the delegation of Himabio) as the Second Winner and the Third Winner of LLALK VI.***
