IPB Leads Posdaya (Family Empowerment Post) Puspa Lestari to the National Champion

Posdaya Puspa Lestari in Kampong of Babakan Sukamantri RW. VII of Pasir Kuda Village VII, Bogor Barat District, Bogor City, has twice in a row become the 2nd champion in the National Competition of Posdaya, namely for 2014 and 2015. This of course is the greatest pride for the Municipality of Bogor and Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) as Regional Coordinator of West Java and Lampung. 

 

Admittedly, IPB had a very big role in developing and assistantship, thus making Posdaya Puspa Lestari become the national champion and become a reference point for all Posdaya throughout Indonesia to learn. This is the reason for the Work Unit of Village Apparatus (SKPD) of Barito Kuala, STTN Yogyakarta, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, PKK of North Gorontalo District PKK, and Learning Home of Cinere to take an Observation Study Tour (OST) to Posdaya Puspa Lestari, Friday (12/2 ). 

 

Chairman of Puspa Posdaya Lestari, Kartono, said the important thing is communication and coordination among the cadres of Posdaya. "Posdaya Puspa Lestari will continue to innovate to create a clean and healthy environment supported by the creativity of Posdaya cadres on all fronts, namely education, health, economy and environment," he said. 

 

A researcher of the Center for Human Resource Development (P2SDM), Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) IPB, Ir. Yannefri Bachtiar, M.Si, who also coaches Posdaya Puspa Lestari, said, IPB and Bogor City Government are very pleased to lead Posdaya Puspa Lestari to become the 2nd champion and reference at the national level.
