IPB Inaugurates 23 New Officers
Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) again inaugurated 23 officials for the positions of vice-dean, heads of the centers, secretaries of research centers and heads of the administration units. This was held in the Rector Building of Andi Hakim Nasution, Darmaga Campus of IPB, Bogor, on Friday (12/2).
Rector of IPB, Prof. Dr. Herry Suhardiyanto told the officials sworn to help strengthen the vision of IPB. They are also expected to give emphasis on the role of IPB in mainstreaming agriculture, i.e. leading to an international research-based university and a prime mover in mainstreaming agriculture.
Further, Rector said, the Tri Dharma of higher education in IPB in the Year of This innovation Reputation will be focused on producing and developing a wide range of innovations. It is intended to improve the quality, products, systems, models and policies to boost national competitiveness through breakthrough research of excellence.
Rector added that the elected officials are qualified in each position in terms of competence, dedication, loyalty, ability to cooperate synergistically with IPB leaders, experience and a good track record. (Mtd) Below are the 23 names of officials appointed
