Friendly Badminton Match of IPB and BNI Wednesday, March 18, 2015

In order to strengthen relationship, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and Indonesian State Bank (BNI) held a friendly match of badminton, Saturday (14/3). The match, attended by Rector Prof. Dr Herry Suhardiyanto and dozens of BNI and IPB staff, was held on the badminton court of the old Sport Building (GOR) Dramaga Campus of IPB, Bogor.

 

The event was officially opened by the Deputy CEO of BN, Jakarta-BSD Region, Hasan Ashari. In his speech, he thanked IPB for the good co-operation that has been running up to now. He hopes that the partnership keeps going and gives benefits. He also hopes that the friendly match like this, in addition to increasing friendship, also is beneficial for health improvement.

 

Rector delivered his remarks by encouraging the participants who were there. According to him, there are many ways to strengthen friendship, one of which is an event like this. "Hopefully the joy and happiness of today will improve all of our performance. With a healthy and fit body we can do a good job," said the Rector.

 

Participants of the match include IPB officials, employees and lecturers. Attending this occasion were Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs Prof. Dr Yonny Koesmaryono, Dean of the Faculty of Human Ecology (FEMA) IPB Dr. Arif Satria, Head of Sports and Arts Unit IPB Prof.Dr Khaswar Syamsu, and Director of Planning and Development of IPB, Dr. Hari Wijayanto.
