UPT Fateta Made Efficient the Coordination and the Service

Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Bogor Agricultural University (Fateta IPB) had four Departments i.e. Machinery Engineering and Biosystem (TMB), Food Science and Technology (ITP), Agricultural Industrial Technology (TIN), and Civil Engineering and Environment (SIL). All Department services, both for academic administration and civil service, were centered in the Integrated Service Unit (UPT).

 

Head of Administration of Fateta, Ir Ratu Siti Zaenab, MSi, informed, “We deliberately make UPT Fateta for the system to be gathered in one point, so that all Department services are over there, both for academic administration and civil service. This UPT is expected to be able to improve the service quality for students in the coordination matter among the Departments in order to be easier, more effective and efficient”.

 

She also said that IPB always supported the effort to increase the quality of the faculty. “We always try to manage the budget well and realize it in accord with the target. Hopefully the coordination among parties in the administrative matter like this can continuously become better in order to give satisfaction for the students,” she added.(nra)
