The Initiation for Cooperation Between ITK-IPB and CAREN University of Osaka

Department of Marine Science and Technology (ITK) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK –IPB) and the Center for the Advancement of Research and Education Exchange Network (CAREN), University of Osaka, Japan, has initiated to establish Cooperative Program on Education and Research. The statement was delivered in the recent visit of Prof. Hasegawa to the Department of ITK, on 13 October 2014. On this special occasion, the professor on ocean engineering of Japan, described that the proposed cooperative  programs would become the foundation for the future cooperation with IPB, particularly ITK. "It is expected that commitments in the cooperation with CAREN will come out soon," said Dr. Wayan Nurjaya, Chairman of the Department of ITK. (Wied).
