Evaluation of Bansos (Social Aid) Fund for 24 Posdaya in Bogor Town

Human Resource Development Center, Institute of Research and Community Service of Bogor Agricultural University (P2SDM-LPPM-IPB) with the Municipal Government of Bogor made an evaluation of the economic development in 24 Family Empowerment Posts (Posdaya), the recipients of social aid grants in 2013 from Bogor municipal government, Friday (14/3).
The event, which took place in the meeting room of P2SDM, Baranangsiang Campus of IPB, was attended by the Regional Assistant (Asda) II for Community and Development of Bogor Town, Ir. H. Azrin Syamsudin, M.Sc., Dra. Tini Sri Agustini , MM from the Finance and Regional Asset Management Agency of Bogor (BPKAD), Mrs. Amik of Community Empowerment and Family Planning Agency  of Bogor (BPMKB), Head of P2SDM-IPB, Dr. Pudji Mujono, and some reviewers namely, Ir. Burhanuddin, MM, Ir. Yannefri Bakhtiar, M.Si , and Dr. Ir. Tjahja Muhandri.
One by one, Posdaya managers reported the absorption of the financial aid or grants they received in December 2013. The amount of grant received by each Posdaya varied, depending on the type of business they were managing, ranging from IDR 5 to 25 million per Posdaya.
Dra. Tini Sri Agustini of BPKAD said, the amount of social aid in 2013 distributed to 24 Posdayas through P2SDM accounted for IDR 350 million. "We hope that such aids can be accounted for and must be utilized for the surrounding communities. It is even expected to continue to develop into another embryo of Posdaya,” she said.
Further, she said, other Posdayas, which have not received the social aid, could propose it for the year 2015. In this way, the sustainability of the economic program in Posdaya can run well, added the Asda II Ir. H. Azrin Syamsudin , M.Sc. (Mtd)
