To Help Farmers, IPB to Launch Cyber Extension

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in the near future will launch a Cyber Extension.  It is a collection of agricultural information can be used by the farmer groups to get information about agricultural issues. This was stated by the Vice Head of Research and Community Service Institution (LPPM) IPB for Community Service Division, Dr.Ir. Hartoyo in the Friday Tour of IPB, Friday (4/10) at Majlis Ta’lim Arrohmah, Margajaya village.
 
Further, Dr. Ir. Hartoyo said that community members and Posdaya (Family Empowerment Post) groups who need IPB experts and expertise can aceess the Cyber Extension. 
 
Meanwhile Sahri Idris, Village Chief Secretary of Margajaya exprssed his happiness when IPB was visiting his village. "This visit is the form of IPB’s care. This has been much felt by the public, especially in the support of government programs. One is the community development program. Not only that, thanks to the help of IPB, a Posdaya has been formed for Margajaya village. Hopefully it can be managed by the community and run well," he said. (Mtd)
