Visit of SMAN 1(State Senior High School 1) Ngadirojo to IPB

After a tiring journey, eventually hundreds of students of SMAN 1 of Ngadirojo Pacitan  East Java set foot in Dramaga Campus of IPB Bogor, Monday (26/8). The arrival of the group led by Vice Headmaster Purwadi, BA., was welcome by the PR team of IPB  at the Auditorium of Andi Hakim Nasoetion, Rectorate Building 

 

Apart from giving a welcome speech to the school headmaster, who is  from the president SBY’s hometown, the PR representative of IPB, Siti Nuryati, STP, MSI described what and how IPB is comprehensively. On this occasion Nuryati gave the students some tips and strategies to enter IPB so that they can choose courses that are appropriate to their interest, not just going along with friends by selecting a study program that is claimed to be favorite. "Feel assured,  through diligent study, will next SBYs appear from SMAN of Ngadirojo," Nuryati exclaimed, responded by a loud applause.

 

Meanwhile, in his speech Purwadi thanked for the warm welcoming by the PR of IPB to the visiting team. "We really did not expect such remarkable greeting from IPB. Initially we thought we could only see IPB from the outter sides only. Hopefully in the future more and more of our students can study in IPB," said Purwadi. (Mtd)
