IPB Inaugurates Diploma Program Graduates by its 50th Anniversary

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) held an Open Session, Graduation and Diploma Certificate Submission  of Phase I for its Diploma Educational Program for the Academic Year 2013/2014 on 21-22/8. This activity was held in the graduation building Graha Widya Wisuda (GWW), Darmaga campus of IPB. Rector of IPB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto, M.Sc in his speech said, "On behalf of IPB academic communities, I woud like to congratulate the graduates on the successful completion of education. Congratulations also go to the families and friends who continue to give moral and material support to the success of the graduates ".

 

Prof. Dr. Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto, M.Sc further said, "On this occasion I also want to tell you that this inauguration is along with the momentum of IPB’s 50th Anniversary celebration. This Golden Anniversary raises the theme: "Mainstreaming Agriculture for Sustainable Development". We expect this momentum can also be filled with a series of activities that can encourage the entire academic community, alumni, stakeholders, and the people of Indonesia to recall the history and background of IPB establishment ".

 

"Alumni Association has a strategic position for IPB as an important partner in building the nation and the country in general and in particular in building IPB. I really hope that IPB Alumni can continue to improve and develop existing cooperation for the advancement of alma mater. I’d like to inform you that up to this phase of graduation, IPB has got 115,451 alumni. I hope all graduates could soon join IPB Alumni Association to make it more powerful and solid ",  Prof. Dr. Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto, M.Sc requested the graduates. (Mtd)
