Directorate of Career Development and Alumni Relations (DPKHA) of IPB Again Holds Job Fair in 2013

DPKHA of Bogor Agricultural University organized a Job Fair of 2013 (26/4) in the Graduation Building Graha Widya Wisuda (GWW) on 26-27 April 2013. This is  an annual event held twice a year : in April and October. Dozens of stands of the participating companies enliven the event.

 

The event consists of three series of activities: a carreer expo involving the participating company’s 35 stands, corporate presentation and talk show "Preparation Entering the World of Work". The participating companies are those engaged in the fields of Agriculture, Banking, Insurance and Finance, IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, etc.. IPB has been trying to bridge the expectation of IPB’s partner companies to obtain qualified workers and this activity in particular helps with shortening the waiting period of IPB alumni for work in particular.

 

Director of Career Development and Alumni Relations, Dr. Ir. Dodik Ridho Nurrochmat, M.Sc in his speech said, "Thank God, this regularly held event seeks to facilitate partners to get the best workers from IPB or other universities. It is of great hope that this event can continue to run smoothly due to the fact that a lot of graduates have not got the jobs while many companies need qualified manpower ".
