A total of 21 students who are members of the Bidikmisi (Mission Target)Association-IPB and 2 coaches from the Directorate of Student Affairs visited the Erlangga University in Surabaya, 13/12. The event was officially opened by the Vice Rector 1 of Erlangga University followed by a speech by Megawati Simanjuntak, SP, M.Si, as Head of Sub-Directory of Student Welfare of IPB and Koko Srimulyo as Director of Student Affairs of Erlangga University. One of the important topics in the in this meeting is the transparency of Bidikmisi funds received by the students and its management by each college.

Neither PBM of IPB (PBM) nor Erlangga University Bidikmisi Organization (AUBMO) wanted to miss this golden study opportunity. Many questions came up one after another from both sides concerning the management of Bidikmisi organization in each campus. This warm discussion full of togetherness shows that the recipients of Bidikmisi fund do not only excel in the academic and non-academic achievements, but also are concerned about the educational aid that has helped them during their studies.

"A lot of important lessons can be taken in the field study this time as a form of reference in the future for Bidikmisi Association of IPB," said Ali Sang, a representative of IPB Bidikmisi. (Mtd)
