Here are the Best Research Presenters of IPB
IPB presented about 213 studies in 2012. All of these 213 studies were supported from a variety of funding sources such as DIPA, IPB’s Community Fund, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Research and Technology as well as the fund resulted from the cooperation with State Owned Enterprises. This was said by Prof. Dr. Ir. Ronny R Noor, who was the moderator in the closing of the Seminar on Research Results of IPB, 12/12.
According to Ir. Dedi Gunadi, MS, of the Ministry of Research and Technology, from 2007 to 2012 approximately Rp 30 billion has been spent by the Ministry of Research and Technology. From the financial record, the research in the field of food still dominates, in addition to the field of health and energy which have been starting. Further, according to him, the future studies to be offered will be in the form of the operation pattern. The year 2013, he said, will prioritize the form of consortium. This is intended to create technological independence.
Meanwhile, Sumbiring of the Agriculture Research and Development Institution, Ministry of Agriculture, said that the Ministry of Agriculture would focus more on the studies that support the operations on field.
A similar view was delivered by a representative of the Ministry of Education and Culture that in submitting research proposals IPB should emphasize its priority. However, the type of research can not be separated from community services
