"The establishment of Poskeswa Anggur was originated from psychiatric rehabilitation program after the tsunami disaster in Aceh. In 2005 the program was also implemented in the area of West Java, especially Sub Bubulak. The results of our survey showed that about 20 percent of the people of West Java are fall under the ODMK. This result is higher compared to conditions of Jakarta greater area with only about 11 percent, "said coach Poskeswa Anggur, Ms. Yeni Deani Pinem, S.KM in her Observation Study Tour (OST) of the Bekasi local authority government to the  Posdaya under the guidance of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB).

The Group consisted of 160 (one hundred and sixty) people of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (Work Unit – SKPD) Bekasi, Bekasi Posdaya Board Members, and Dharma Wanita BKKBN. The activities of Poskeswa Anggur among other things are extension and counseling, as well as the rehabilitation of the ODMK people. The ODMK program was used to alleviate the patient’s family to shoulder the cost, thus they don not shoulder alone.  "The cost of rehabilitation of  ODMK people is very expensive, so we are working together with Puskesmas to help them. With only Rp 5.000,- they get hospital-like treatment, "said Jenny.

Yeni expected that the government provides more serious actions for the  empowerment program, especially for  ODMK people. Yeni said that it doesn’t mean anything if the are no activity programs for the rehabilitated ODMK people.  In 2012, data showed 6 (six) people of the Bubulak Village were diagnosed to suffer  mental illness. In the average, those who suffer this illness are grouped into the productive  age. The causes of the ODMK are plenty, some of which are the economic pressures, unemployment, educational status and genetic levels.
