We express this methods through the Government Regulations (PP) No 66 of 2010 that changed the status of the State Owned Legal Entity (BHMN) into the Government’ Higher Education (PTP) or the State University. Most of the management aspects, such as the election of Rector, curriculum development and academic management as well might be managed similar to those implemented by BHMN. However, with regard to the financial management system will be based on the Direction of the Public Service Board (BLU), "said Prof. Yonny.
This policy will enable the University to accommodate the public funds, to chanelize them into the State Non-Tax Revenue (non-tax revenues). "This situation will become more rigid, as we afraid that the disbursment of the proposed funds will be delayed that will hinder the academic activities.
