Usability:

• Accelerate fish maturation in breeding phase

Advantages:

• Insemination process twice the rate of normal fishes
• Can be applied to various fishes such as: catfish, pangasius, goldfish, koi, parrot fish, fish cork, damselfish, nilem fish, clown fish, eel, and shrimp.
• Can be added to feed with white egg or carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) addition
• Can be injected directly to the fish
• In a form of soft gel

Description:

Oodev is a hormonal induction material that able to accelerate maturation and re-maturation of gonad in fish (quick pregnant fish). Oodev contain gonadotropin with Follicle Stimulating Hormone activity, and neurotransmitter inhibitor, and dopamine.

Induction with Oodev caused the availability of gonadotropin and steroid hormone (estradiol/testosterone) in fish hormone is adequate to inducting the process of maturation/re-maturation of gonad (oogenesis dan spermatogenesis, gonadal development), so it will be quick to pregnancy, and fishes ready to spawn.

Oodev also able to inducting the maturation of fish gonad so it can be spawned outside of the season, whereas normally tropical fishes only spawned in rainy/wet season. Oodev could accelerate gonad maturation period and increasing the amount of mother mature gonad, so the amount of fishes spawned/year can be increased.
