The disease can be caused due to lack of fruit and vegetable intake. This is triggered by unhealthy eating patterns, eating fast food (fast food), eating lots of fatty foods from fried foods, so that accumulated bad cholesterol. This habit is often done by teenagers. For this reason, eating healthy fruit is an early anticipation, to prevent various diseases,” said Dr. Sri.
According to Dr. Sri, banana is a good choice because banana contains minerals that are good for human metabolism, there are also sedatives and are good for teenagers. “This is proof of our love for IPB University students,” she added.
This activity is planned to be held routinely. The fruit served will vary, so it will also introduce Indonesian fruits. This activity will also help fruit farmers and indirectly all will be educated to consume and buy local fruit.
