The development of food processing technology requires business actors to understand the correct and efficient ways of producing and knowing and understanding the Food Additives (BTP) so that food products are safe for consumption.
Head of incuBie Dr.Ir. Rokhani Hasbullah, M.Si revealed that UMK UMKM faced various problems, where the aspect of legality ranks first (25 percent), followed by marketing (20 percent), human resources (18 percent), production (17 percent), capital (10 percent) and others (10 percent).
