KIR Nebula SMAN 1 Palimanan Cirebon Visited IPB

A total of 45 students and two Companion Teachers of Youth Scientific Work (KIR) SMAN 1 Palimanan Cirebon made a visit to Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Thursday (17/3). This activity was in order to fill the time off and was an extracurricular program of KIR “Nebula” SMAN 1 Palimanan. The group was welcomed at Auditorium of Andi Hakim Nasoetion, Campus of IPB Darmaga, Bogor.

 

"We choose IPB as a destination because it has a lot of alumni of SMAN 1 Palimanan entering in IPB, thus the hopes that the visit of the students of class 10 and 11 SMAN 1 Palimanan especially those that follow KIR “Nebula” can be encouraged to go to college,” said Zamal, Companion Teacher of KIR in his speech.

 

In this activity, the students of SMAN 1 Palimanan obtained the materials on the ins and outs of the faculties in IPB and the informtion on the entrance to IPB submitted by Head of Promotion, Law Bureau, Promotion and Public Relations of IPB, Dr.drh. M. Fachrudin. In this session, the students were given an overview of the lecturing world, so they had an idea of the lecture.

 

Before the group ended the visit, they were invited to tour around IPB to see the building as well as the situation in the campus of IPB.(rf)
