Expedition of Himiteka FPIK IPB: Exploring the Potential of Marine in Kiluan Gulf Lampung

Expedition Team of Student Association of Marine Science and Technology (Himiteka), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), started a departure towards Kiluan Gulf, Lampung (29/5). This expedition activity took place from 30 May to 4 June 2015 with the aim of observing Kiluan Gulf from all aspects of maritime and exploring the potential that might be unknown there.

 
This activity was one of the work programs from Division of Scientific and Profession of Himiteka. This expedition would apply all sciences that had been learned during the lectures. Previously, Expedition Team of Himiteka had been released officially by Vice Chairman of Department of ITK, Dr. Hawis Madduppa, in Function Room of ITK, Campus of IPB Dramaga Bogor. 
 
The team led by Amri Sabrian from ITK of 49 batch involved 24 active students of Study Program of Marine Science and Technology and one technician from Lab. Oceanographic. This activity was also supported by Office of Marine and Fisheries Lampung Province and Office of Marine and Fisheries Lampung City.***
