Malaysian Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water Interested in IPB Bioenergy
Ministers and 65 Delegates of the Malaysian Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (TTHA) visited Surfactant Bioenergy Research Center (SBRC) of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM-IPB). They were welcome by the Secretary of the SBRC, Dr. Dwi Setyaningsih at the SBRC Office at Baranangsiang campus of IPB, 13/10. SBRC Director, Prof. Dr Erliza Hambali said that the visit of the guest from our neighboring country because of their interest in IPB’s bioenergy and aquaculture. The TTHA Minister of Malaysia, Maximus Johnity Ongkili expressed gratitude for the warm reception in IPB. He said that his arrival in the Indonesia’s largest agricultural college is to learn from the results of research and technological innovations that have been developed by the SBRC. "As an inspiration for Malaysia later," he said. Ongkili could not hide his excitement when getting one product of Ecofuel from the SBRC-IPB.
