KMM Held the Workshop on POB Diploma

Office of Quality Management (KMM) Bogor Agriculural University (IPB) held the Workshop on Standard Operating Procedure (POB) of the Implementation of Diploma Education Program of IPB, Thursday (2/10) in IPB International Convention Center (IICC) Bogor. The activity that was opened officially by Vice Rector of Research and Cooperation, Prof Dr Anas Miftah Fauzi, was followed by Chairman and Secretary of Skill Programs (PK), and the drafting team of POB Diploma.

Prof Anas Miftah Fauzi in his speech expected that with the activity, the implementation of POB could be properly conducted. According to him, it was necessary to have a good understanding about POB, because it was feared that POB was even considered to impede the work such as rigid robot. In addition, in its implementation there needed a coordination with other units.

Head of KMM IPB, Dr Ferdinan Yulianda, explained that POB was one of the softwares for quality assurance which aimed to organize the activities in order to be in accordance with the existing procedure. By running this procedure, it was expected to be able to increase the target quality to be achieved.

Attending this opportunity including Director of Diploma Program of IPB, Dr Bagus  P Purwanto, Director of Human Resources (SDM) of IPB, Erlin Trisyulianti, S.TP, M.Si., Head of Internal Audit Office (KAI), Dr Wonny Ahmad Ridwan, and Director of Student Affairs of IPB, Dr Rinekso Soekmadi. (nm)
