IPB Requests the Communities Around the Campus to Take Care of Them

Friday Tour  are routinely organized by Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), this time it was established at the Cibanteng Village, on 15 August 2014. In the Al-Ikhsan Mosque, Cibanteng, Dr. Hartayo the Deputy Head of The Institute of Research and Community Empowerment of Bogor Agricultural University (LPPM – IPB) expected that the communities of villages around campus are willing to warn and scolds students of IPB when they are encroaching them. They should do that as they will assist the University to implement the code of conducts as well as maintaining their morale and behavior.
 
"According to the record, the new incoming students of  IPB for School Year 2014/2015 is about  3500 students, and the total number students at the moment is about  30 thousand students. I request your kindness, ladies and gentlemen,  to warn and scolds them.  Especially when they misbehave, or  doing things improperly in front of you, kindly report them immediately to the University. The community is the the best teacher for students, "he said I  his remarks. 
 
As usual one of the items in the Friday Tour program,  today as many as 20 orphans from the Cibanteng village were given compensations. In addition, IPB also donated the communities  fogging machine and it was accepted by the village chief of Cibanteng, Mr. Warso, S. Sos. Part of the donation was training course how to operate the fogging machines and to inspect the larva of mosquitoes for Muhtar and Sakim Tarmizi. Finally, for  BAI Al-Ikhsan IPB donated Reading Package books for children and stationeries, and for Posyandu Kuntum Mekar 11 some medical equipment. (Wied).
