Healthysweet: Pure Organic Health Drink
Good news for diabetics. There is now Healthysweet sweet drink: tasty and safe to eat. Not only is it safe, the health drink made from organic palm sugar can reduce the blood glucose.

Healthysweet, one of the dozens of products by the micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) developed by Incubie of LPPM-IPB has been subjected to clinical trials in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine IPB, so it is safe for consumption.
Separately, Ardiansyah Febriantoko, the developer of Healthysweet said, "The study has not as yet directed to the ability to heal people with diabetes totally (full recovery), but our study results and testing suggest that Healthysweet ability to decrease blood sugar levels of diabetics is recorded to reach on average 40 points every five days of consumption and achieve blood sugar levels in the range of 140-170 after 25 days of consumption."
Further, Ardiansyah, a graduate of Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Bogor Agricultural University, explains that the decreased blood sugar levels are also influenced by gender and the body’s metabolism of each patient. The results of research and testing showed that Healthysweet had a stronger effect in lowering blood sugar levels in male diabetics than females.
"Until now, we have not seen any product of both drugs and functional stuff which can cure diabetes, but rather control blood sugar. Healthysweet has been subjected to our acute toxicity test at the Veterinary Medicine Faculty of IPB in 70 rats (35 males and 35 females). The result shows that during the two weeks of treatment with Healthysweet of different doses for each treatment, no rats died and suffered from abnormal physical signs (body weight, motor activity, appetite, etc.). We are waiting for the final report related to histopat of the rats," he explained.
Healthysweet has a sweet flavor and as is a sweetener but its hypoglycemic effect is controlled. The research team is a combination of medical personnel: dr. Diah Kusuma Wardhani and process engineering experts from the Department of Industrial Technology of Agriculture, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Bogor Agricultural University. Thus, because it is a unique product, Ministry of Agriculture last year selected it as the first winner in Competitive Agricultural Products Award of 2013 for the category of plantation products.
