Angry Birds is a puzzle video game, which is popular and successful, is a concrete creativity example of the utilization of Information Technology (IT) for business. Angry Birds is turning into a huge franchise that is apparently poised to make some Friendly Fins a sizeable chunk of cash.It was stated by the Minister of Communication and Information, Republic of Indonesia (Menkoinfo RI), Ir.H.Tifatul Sembiring in his presentation in Public Lecture on “Kreativitas IT dan Peluang Ekonomi Technopreneur’’ (IT Creativity and Economic Opportunity of Technopreneur)’, on Sunday, 29 September 2013, at the Darmaga Campus."
 
Angry Birds was develop in May 2009, and the initial version of the game was released in December 2009.Since its launching in December 2009, Angry Birds has developed further into the history and became the number one applicative game in Finland. Then ‘Angry Birds’ then expanded into the United States (U.S.) and the United Kingdom. "Angry Birds is now played by hundreds of millions of people worldwide both young and old. On some flights, I noticed plenty of passengers playing Angry Birds to kill their time. Over 500 million people have downloaded this game. In a relatively short time, the inventor has become billioner, "said Tifatul Sembiring.
 
Creative economy when engaged earnestly will bring sizeable chunk of cash and will change the fate of the inventor. "I hope someday there will be IPB students who will engage  in the creative economy and will become successful inventor as the inventor of Angry Birds," he said.
 
IPB Rector, Prof. Dr.Herry Suhardiyanto expected the visit of Menkoinfo RI to IPB will arouse the IT inspiration for the University community. "We also urge the Minister to assist us in increasing our bandwidth for speedy access of the internet for our students. Fast internet connection will facilitate students to get their  informationto improve their  knowledge required for their studies, "said Rector. (Wied).
