98% of Restaurant Menu is of Eggs and Chicken

According to the data, 98% of the food menu at restaurants is of eggs and chicken. Counted totally for Jabodetabek, 1,750,000 kg of chicken is needed per day. This is a fantastic figure in the world of poultry. "We all know, the world of poultry has been monopolized by a handful of large companies. Significantly, ‘genocide’ (stopping small businesses of livestock) is being carried out against small farmers. "Small farmers will be badly hit easily, directly making their businesses shrink and resistance weakened because the losses suffered cut the working capital. If 20 young people, graduates of IPB, establish such a group, it will be very strong," said the animal farmer who has successfully managed 400 members.
