SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar Visited IPB

As much as 307 students of Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 3 Denpasar visited Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) (4/12). The students were accepted at the Auditorium Andi Hakim Nasution (AHN) Campus of IPB Dramaga. This visit aimed to provide information and knowledge to the students about the university which they would choose later, especially IPB.

Chairman of the Committee of the Execution of the Visit of SMA 3 Denpasar, Subrata, stated, "We feel very proud that almost every year we visit IPB and can be well received at IPB.  We, from SMA 3 Denpasar, are very grateful since every year we visit and we are thirst for information on how to get into IPB, and we desperately needed the information about IPB. It is because the interests of our students for entering the university especially IPB are very high."

Director of Education First Common Year Program (TPB) IPB, Dr. Ibnul Qayyim, explained that the students’ reason to choose IPB amongst all were, IPB was the world class university, the most innovative campus in Indonesia, the academic and research excellence, the entrepreneurial university, and the international quality and accreditation; and IPB was the green campus and the working opportunity was larger with IPB.
