The Awarding Ceremony of the Letter of Appointments of Government Civil Service (PNS) for Bogor Agriccultural University Staff

Directorate of Human Resources of Bogor Agricultural University officially awarded the Letter of Appointments of Government Civil Service (PNS) for 82 staff of the University. The ceremony was organized at the Senate Meeting Room of Darmaga Campus, 1st May  2012. The Letter of Appointments of Government Civil Service (PNS)  was handed over symbolically and was witnessed by each immediate supperior of appointees.
 
Chairman of Sub Directorate of Administration and Human Resource Development, Dr.Ir.Etty Riani, MS in her remarks stated some regulations related to the Civil Service Rules including PP No. 53 on the discipline of civil servants. Thus, by accepting the oppionment, they should be subject to laws and regulations. Further, she reminds the appointees to stick to regulations, as government civil servants if they will be absent within the five consequitive days without explanation, they will be given a small disciplinary punishment to improve their performance. Further, according to Dr. Etty, subordinate charimen must foster those who violate the discipline. "The obligation as civil servants they must obey the regulations, the working hours and carry out jobs according to  their job descriptions. Abuse of authority is not only be implemented by  officials, but also by staff. Civil servants are also required to be neutral.
