Diploma Program of IPB again Releases its Best Graduates
Diploma Education Program of IPB again released its 1160 best graduates graduating on Tuesday and Wednesday (18-19/10) in Graha Widya Graduation Building, Dramaga Campus of IPB Bogor. The graduation proceeded through an Open Session with a single event of Graduation and Submission of Certificate (Phase II), Academic Year 2010/2011. With this graduation ceremony, the number of IPB alumni has reached 105,067 people.
Of these 1160 graduates, 125 are the graduates in the expertise of Communication, 40 graduates of Ecotourism, 119 graduates of Information Management, 116 graduates of Food Quality Assurance Supervisor, 73 graduates of Production Technology and Management of Aquaculture, 53 graduate of Technology and Livestock Management, 71 graduates of Manufacturing/Services Production Planning and Control, 94 graduates of Computer Engineering, 38 graduates of Management of Food Service Industry and Nutrition, 2 graduates of Seed Industry Technology, 136 graduates of Agribusiness Management, 60 graduates of Accounting, 171 graduates of Production Technology and Agricultural Community Development, and 62 graduates of Oil Palm Plantation.
"With these academic degrees, the IPB graduates have a greater chance for employment, career development and better future as well as more active role in the nation-building and the country," said IPB Rector Prof. Dr. Herry Suhardiyanto in his speech.
The best graduates in the Phase II Graduation with the GPA of 4.00 are Dian Nahro of Agribusiness Management, Juherlan of Agricultural Production Technology and Community Development, and Ari Fahnurohman of Oil Palm Plantation.
Dian Nahro, who was contacted by Pariwara, revealed his special strategy as a guide during his studies for the best result, i.e. always paying serious attention to every lecturer in delivering his course material. Dian also mentioned reading a lot references related to the courses, and prepare the exam material at least a week before the exam.
In the near future, Dian plans to continue his studies in Germany through a scholarship from the Transfer of Agribusiness Program. (Mtd)
