IPB University Accepts 2.457 Prospective New Students via the 2026 SNBT Pathway
The results of the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) were officially announced on Monday (5/25) at 15.00 WIB. In this year’s selection, a total of 2.457 participants out of 66.403 first-choice applicants to IPB University via the SNBT pathway were declared to have passed the selection for both Bachelor’s (S1) and Applied Bachelor’s (D4) programs.
Participants can view the announcement on the official website of the National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) or through mirror sites, one of which is https://snbt.ipb.ac.id.
Participants who have been declared successful are eligible to hold the status of prospective new students (camaba) at IPB University. The results of this SNBT selection are derived from the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) held over 10 days, specifically from April 21–30 and on May 2, 2026.
Prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection into IPB University through the SNBT pathway are required to register online at registrasi.admisi.ipb.ac.id. Here are the steps and important dates that prospective students must note:
1. Log in to the registrasi.admisi.ipb.ac.id page and download the Rector’s Letter starting May 26, 2026, at 13.00 WIB. Prospective students are required to follow the provisions specified in the letter.
2. Camaba begin online registration from May 26 to June 2, 2026.
3. Download the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) billing information starting June 9, 2026.
4. UKT payments are to be made from June 9 to June 15, 2026.
Prospective students are officially considered new students of IPB University once they have completed all documents and paid the UKT. New students are entitled to attend classes, which will commence on August 18, 2026.

IPB University’s Vice Rector for Education and Student Affairs, Prof drh Deni Noviana, stated, “For prospective students who have not been declared successful in the SNBT, IPB University still offers opportunities through Independent pathways, one of which is the IPB Independent Selection (SM-IPB) for S1 and D4 programs.”
“There are other Independent pathways as well, namely the Student Council President pathway, the Talent pathway, the Regional Envoy Scholarship (BUD) partnership pathway, and the International Undergraduate Program (IUP),” he added.
