IPB Performed the Finalization of Final Draft of Statute

Board of Trustees (MWA) together with Board of Professors (DGB), Academic Senate (SA), Management and structural officials of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) at the moment were performing the finalization of draft of statute which would be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture of RI. The finalization of this draft of statute took place in the Deliberative Meeting together with the Final Draft of Statute of IPB which was led by the Chairman of MWA IPB, Prof.Dr.Ahmad Chozin, accompanied by Prof.Rudi Purwanto and Prof.Rizal Syarief.

The meeting participants looked serious to observe article by article, starting from terminology, term, scope of organization of IPB to membership of MWA in the future. Many inputs were captured from the meeting participants. The plan was that the valuable inputs immediately were compiled and harmonized with the existing draft.

“Today we accommodate various opinions and aspirations of the academic community to flesh out the draft of statute of IPB. Hopefully in the end of December 2012, this draft can be submitted to the government,” said Prof.Chozin. This draft of statute of IPB contained the legal basis about the management of IPB after the cancellation of UU PT BHMN. (ris)
