Mrs Rossi Anton Called Prof Herry as Professor of Posdaya

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Yayasan Damandiri and Solidaritas Isteri Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu (SIKIB) agreed to empower the community. This agreement was poured out in the form of the signing of the text of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Friday (22/6), in the Senate Conference Room of Office Building of Andi Hakim Nasoetion in Campus of IPB Dramaga Bogor.
 
Acting as the signatory were Rector of IPB, Prof Dr Herry Suhardiyanto; Secretary II of SIKIB, Mrs Rossi Anton Apriyantono; Chairman of Yayasan Damandiri, Prof Dr Haryono Suyono; and Secretary of Yayasan Damandiri, Subiakto Tjakrawerdaja.
 
Yayasan Damandiri as the pioneer of the establishment of the program of Post for Family Empowerment (Posdaya) delivered the appreciation to IPB which was assessed to be successful and sustainably diversified of Posdaya in the community.  “In fact Posdaya becomes one of themes of KKN for IPB students. Not only that, to study this Posdaya, a number of Universities in West Java, both state and private now become the ‘foster children’ of IPB. Because it is appropriate presumably if the Rector of IPB is asked to be the Rector of Posdaya,” said Prof Haryono who welcomed by tens of members of Persatuan Wredhatama Republik Indonesia (PWRI) who also attended.
 
The monotonous throw was delivered by Mrs Rossi Anton Apriyantono who said that Prof Herry was Professor Posdaya. Furthermore, Mrs Rossi firmly said, SIKIB was ready to cooperate with Yayasan Damandiri and IPB in empowering the community. "Because of that, immediately after this we will see any program which can be synergized with Posdaya,” she said.
 
Responding to this matter, the Rector of IPB straightforwardly said that in truth the empowerment of the community was the main study which was since a long time occupied by IPB. Thus, the nature of this empowerment of the community was not only the program, but rather on the scientific domain (nm)
