Friday Tour of Sukadamai: Child Motivation for Attending School was High

Sub-district Head of Darmaga, Arom Munandar, appealed to the people of Sukadamai  Village in order that always motivated their children to have high aspirations. This was said by him at the Friday Tour program at SD Negeri Cilubang 4  Kampung Cikelemong, (29/6).  Furthermore, Arom Munandar conveyed, the matter was important to do to create the autonomy of people and at last to increase the Human Development Index (IPM). Since with the education could support the IPM in order to increase.

 
The Sub-district Head delivered that the Friday Tour program of IPB besides for helping the village community in the surroundings to increase the community autonomy also was the form of service of IPB to the community mainly related to the scientific field existed at IPB.  The same thing was also conveyed by Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Dr. Sri Nurdiati.  According to her, in every child should be implanted to be able to think big. The educational cost according to Sri was not the main thing, the important thing was the will that there were a lot of scholarships which could be accessed for the students who was unable, for example to engage in mission. Besides that, Dr.Sri added that many things could be learned and hopefully our children could become the leader of nation.  “It is necessary to be implanted also that the life will give much benefit,“ she said firmly.

 
The Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Dr. Sri Nurdiati, offered that IPB was ready to serve to the community, and it was ready if there was the community who wanted to consult because precisely IPB was very happy to be able to apply and be shared out knowledge.  Related to Sekolah Dasar Cilubang 4, the location of the Friday Tour was supported by the bamboo buffer, the sub-district head conveyed that the matter had been proposed in Musrenbang in 2012.  IPB would help giving the wall paint for school.  Besides that through Posdaya which would be fostered in Sukadamai Village, IPB beforehand had given 80 bag logs of oyster mushrooms to be cultivated by the farm group of Harapan Maju.  To be able to increase the market of oyster mushroom, it was suggested to make the jerked meat of oyster mushroom or shredded meat that had been boiled and fried, since by making the food like this besides the product which was safe until three weeks, the market price even could be increased.
