IPB Diploma Contributed 20 Computer Hardwares

The Center for Human Resource Development (P2SDM) LPPM-IPB through the Family Empowerment Post thought over deeply the computer program to empower the community (Kompudaya).  Kompudaya was supplying of a set of computer which was in the Family Empowerment Post. This program made use of the used computer which was then repaired and empowered again for the community development. Eventually, the computer would be filled by various matters needed as the important information for the community.

For example, the video on fish cultivation or certain commodity, or the presentation about how to make the fertilizer and to have the economic value, and how to start a business. “So, we invite whoever the residents who want to know and access the information content through the computer existed in the Family Empowerment Post,” said Ir. Yanefri, MSi when transferring of computer at Diploma Building (19/4).

Meanwhile, the Director of Diploma Program, Prof. Dr.Ir. Zairin Junior, at the transfer said that he himself was very much supporting the community empowerment program done by IPB.

"We join in supporting and participating in the community empowerment activity in accord with our ability,” he said. In addition to become one of the means of IT educated and information spreading, the existence of kompudaya also became the way to lessen the electronic trash from the computer. Who’s come afterward?
