How Merry the Bestowal Night of IPB 2012 was

After organizing the program series of Student Olympiad of IPB (OMI) 2012 and IPB Art Contest (IAC) 2012, Student Executive Body of Student Family (BEM KM) Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) presented the Bestowal Night of IPB (MPI) 2012 on Sunday (3/6).
 
This MPI 2012 program was presented at Graha Widya Wisuda (GWW). MPI was the bestowal night for the winners of OMI and IAC. The winners had also opportunity to appear in this arena. MPI 2012 presented Nidji as the Guest Star. 

In the arena of IAC 2012, of 18 branches were raced, and in OMI 2012, nine sport branches in two categories (male and female) had been raced. The participants closely competed to seize the champion stairs. In his welcome speech, Rector of IPB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto, M. Sc, delivered his proud feeling toward the participants, “Although in the milieu of competition which is so sharp, the participants can persistently united, maintain the sameness, and respect each other”.

The merry milieu was visible at GWW in this bestowal night. The thundering of applause from the spectator had been heard, since the champions from several branches of IAC 2012 appeared on the stage. That signified the big appreciation from the spectators. Even so, at the bestowal procession. In the arena of IAC 2012, Faculty of Economics and Management succeeded in grabbing the title as the General Champion, meanwhile in the arena of OMI 2012, Diploma succeeded in achieving the General Champion.

This program was closed by the appearance of Nidji. The merriness more and more appeared at the time of the music group which was gated by Giring Ganesha (vocalist), Rama (guitar), Ariel (guitar), Andro (bass), Randi (keyboard) and Adrie (drum) climbing on the stages. The merry welcome in the form of applause and hysterical scream from the spectator were then drifted to them. Giring, the vocalist was famed to be energetic, being not difficult to spread his energy to the spectator. Spontaneously, the spectator jumped up to follow the rhythm. “IPB produces the nation’s leader and has the patent right”, said Giring, welcomed by the merry applause of audience. (rf)
