IPB University Wins Awards in the 2021 Indonesian Public Relations Award
IPB University won various awards at the 2021 Indonesian Public Relations Award (AHI). This AHI event is a competition for government public relations (GPR) performance in ministries, institutions, regional governments, BUMN, subsidiaries of BUMN, and BUMD throughout Indonesia. The AHI 2021 event is an effort by the PR Indonesia Group to encourage the creation of public relations that is contributive to the public.
The AHI 2021 event is a barometer of the highest achievement of the performance of the department / bureau / public relations department / Kominfo service. The presence of this competition is expected to encourage the creation of strategic and contributive public relations for the positive reputation of all public institutions and state-owned and regional-owned companies.
In this 2021 AHI competition, IPB University won four awards at once from the Higher Education sub-category. IPB University won the Gold Winner in the category of Innovative Public Information Service Management and Innovative Website. IPB University also won the Silver Winner in the Innovative Public Information Service Report category and the Best Main Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID). With this achievement, IPB University is entitled to receive the Platinum Winner title, equivalent to the overall champion, in the Higher Education sub-category.
With this achievement, the Head of the Communication Bureau of IPB University, Yatri Indah Kusumastuti said she was grateful. He stated that his work unit needs to have a barometer in measuring the performance of public information services. "One of the barometers that can help measure and evaluate our public relations performance is the AHI event. So this achievement is not the end of the struggle. There are still many challenges ahead that we must respond to with more innovative services," he explained.
Meanwhile, the Chancellor of IPB University, Professor Arif Satria was also happy for the achievements of his institution. He appreciated this achievement. "The performance of our public information service is quite good. This is thanks to the hard work of all components at IPB University in providing information and delivering it to the public. Hopefully this achievement can be a spark of enthusiasm to be even better in the future in providing services public information," he explained. (RA)
